published by Joseph Robins, probably published in The Parisian Gem of Fashion
The Parisian Gem of Fashion (London) was a small-sized monthly magazine with coloured prints of Paris fashions. It was published by the editor of The Ladies’ Pocket Magazine, Joseph Robins, in a short-lived attempt to put out a periodical devoted to dress in the French tradition, in addition to one which included it among a selection of other educational and entertaining articles.
